Hi! Most people landing on this page are actually looking for PeptideDiary.com aka:
The Resources Page
It features Blogs, Videos, Sources, Best peptides for___ List and more:

The page you’re seeing here is a month long “journal” exploring one peptide topic each day.

A Peptide a Day — for 1 month+ 🍏
This page is a collection of bite-sized peptide info.
Sometimes similar to our Facebook group, but with additional special content, ideas and musings. No rules here!

Day 1 | Welcome to Peptide Diary Pages!
For each entry I’ll share something I find helpful re: peptides or bioregulators 🧬
If you’re new, you can start anytime, taking one day at a time or binge as many as you like 😁
So glad you’re here!
I was asked recently, what are your Top 3 “Desert Island” peptides? 🏝️ What three would you bring along as ‘can’t live without?!’
🧳If forced to choose: KPV, ThyroPep, and Collacell!
KPV – for mast cells and in case I get bitten on the island and need an antimicrobial!
ThyroPep – because it’s responsible for giving me such a great energy boost and regulating body temperature
Collacell – my skin loves it for elasticity but it’s also eliminated the last of any joint pain – gotta be nimble on that island!
Day 2 – Let’s talk Bioregulators!
In a webinar I recently watched, Dr. Holthorf talks bioregulators for aging, immunity, skin, thyroid, female hormones and more.
Become Familiar with Oral Bioregulators including Immune, Skin, Thyroid, Pineal and Brain Bioregulators & Learn their mechanisms of action and effects at our page here.
Highlights I remember most from his video:
- Thyroid bioregulators are key! The only thyroid axis bioregulator is ThyroPep
- The skin elasticity changes I’m noticing from Collacell are common for others too and I can’t wait for the integrative peptides version (of a collagen bioregulator) to be released!
- Wow the results for the muscle bioregulator show it actually works – see GoTratix in this post.
- I recently ordered it again and am going to try in earnest – I could really use more muscle 💪🏼
- The Thymus peptides (Thymogen A1) we love for an acute illness and covered it more in this post.
Day 3 – Let’s take a closer look at what happens after we take peptides!
See the 5 steps (below) from the Peptide encyclopedia and a new chart I made to help show that it’s not just KPV that can benefit from frequent smaller dosing.
All of them are effective at nano doses and have short signaling durations. Something to consider especially for bioregulators too.
I think possibly a reason I have great results with Collacell and other bioregulators is because I take 1 capsule and spread it throughout the day.
——
Remember:
• Peptides work in two durations –
- Short term: They work on the cell surface as messengers.
This is where the short half life matters and frequent dosing is beneficial. - Longer term: They work epigenetically affecting gene transcription – (turn on and off genes) this is slower to build up initially but longer lasting.
The benefits can continue after you stop taking them.
Due to this, peptide effects last longer the longer you take them and keep lasting for a period of time (can be days, weeks or months.)

Day 4 – I have a new video about the above and more — I hope you like it!
🤍
Day 5 – Selank is so effective for anxiety but also pain and we have group members attesting to it’s helpfulness for warding off acute illness too.
🍃 Learn much more at our Selank Blog post here: https://diaryofrecovery.com/selank
📺 The Video is in the blog
💙
Day 6 – Today I want to share a page from the encyclopedia about skin peptides!

I’m working on my next video about NAD+ which is also great for healthy skin!
Day 7 –
Here’s the new post and video for more info from me about NAD+ and our experience.
Day 8 –
We have a brand new Peptides 101 page, I hope it’s helpful!

Day 9 –
I’m excited to share something about TB4-Frag, which we know is great for tissue repair.
What’s less talked about is its potential in protecting your heart.
Studies suggest TB4-Frag doesn’t just help heal muscles or tendons; it can promote angiogenesis (new blood vessel growth) in damaged heart tissue, which could improve cardiac function after injury.
Researchers are reporting promising results exploring in preclinical models for heart attack recovery.
TB4-Frag can actually dial down inflammation while encouraging cells to migrate to injury sites.
It’s being studied for everything from neurological disorders to wound healing, but its heart-protective angle is a definite plus for many!
More on TB4 Frag in this post
Day 10 – Today let’s go over endoluten / Pineal Pep for supporting your pineal gland—the tiny brain structure that regulates your sleep-wake cycle.
It’s been studied for its anti-aging potential, specifically because it helps protect the pineal gland from calcification.
This buildup can decrease melatonin production, leading to poor sleep and even faster aging.
People say it can improve their circadian rhythm, and some report better mood and energy.
The pineal gland is like your body’s internal clock, and these bioregulators work to keep it ticking smoothly.
If you’re struggling with jet lag, insomnia, or just feeling “off” with your body’s rhythm, Endoluten or PinealPep could be a unique option to explore — like a reset button for your internal clock.
Where to get them? See this page (Integrative Peptides and VitaStream headings)
Day 11 – Lots of people love BPC-157! So a FAQ is why we don’t use it. Here are my reasons 🙂 also, we do well with KPV and TB4 Frag and just don’t need it.

Day 12 – The most FAQ we get is “where to buy?” See https://diaryofrecovery.com/buy
Day Lucky 13 – Time for a Quiz! This interview might help you decide which peptides to take!

Day 14 – Let’s talk about our Lungs! Having good respiration is essential to health. I had allergy induced asthma (from age 12 until peptides cured me!)
For me, lung bioregulators (in the absence of using KPV which also helped on its own) have been very helpful!
I began with Taxorest (natural) and then switched to Chonluten (synthetic – no taste) but I think the latest version, LunGuard is even a bit more effective.

What’s also unique is the ability to protect lung tissue from fibrosis—scarring that can reduce lung capacity.
Research shows lung bioregulators can improve lung function in models of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by supporting tissue repair.
These tripeptides (Glu-Asp-Pro) target genes in lung cells, reducing inflammation and promoting regeneration.
It’s a precision option for anyone with respiratory challenges or exposure to allergens or pollutants 😷
You can buy it at vitastream: https://diaryofrecovery.com/buy for their active discounts
Day 15 – We’re traveling in our van and I just found out that Selank is incredible for helping me with claustrophobia.
All my life I’ve had some level of claustrophobia. Couldn’t sleep in the tiny top bunk of an RV as a child, can’t sit in back seat of a 2 door car, trouble on airplanes..
When I bought our van, I removed the two upper cabinets above the sleeping area

Still for me it’s cramped and last night panic was setting in.
I was about to give up on sleeping and just drive more but decided to try Selank.
Within minutes I felt a lot better and within 30 minutes I started to feel silly I was even nervous at all.
Such a relief! Claustrophobia is the one anxiety I could never seem to calm, even when I tried Xanax for a plane ride.
Day 16 – We’re still on the road, but almost to Chicago! Looking forward to having a home for the peptides and supplements again – it’s hard to remember them all on the road!

For today, I have good news if you’re on Facebook!
We have access to a New Feature! If you’d like direct messages with important group updates, you now can get them. 📥
I’m excited because now anyone who wants to make sure they see information I share can get a DM and not rely on FB to put it in their feed, or even go to the feed!
Also any group issues can be communicated and no more “link in first comment” — I can just DM the link and you can look at it **at your leisure!** ☕️
🎉 Finally a win from FB! 😁
TL;Dr 📌 If you want DM’s opt in here: https://www.messenger.com/channel/diaryofrecovery
Day 17 – Our trip and summer relocation are almost complete and I have some takeaways!
My joints didn’t hurt or even ache once when driving (and sleeping in the van) for 3 days.
In the past, my knees, hips and back would all hurt on these trips.
- I can even bend forward to pick things up on the ground without my back hurting, which was my trigger for back issues for the past 10 years.
- I attribute these changes to less inflammation but more directly to Collacell for Joints (and skin) – it’s not among my favorite bioregulators for nothing!
We encountered a LOT of stress. In the span of 5 days I:
- Packed our van with all food we would both eat for 3 days, in 95 degree Florida humidity
- Drove one day, found out we had a battery problem, found a mobile tech, unloaded the entire back of the van so he could get at the issue, still 90 and humid, it started to rain on all of our stuff, he couldn’t fix the problem (needs a part) 😏

- Had to switch our plans to stay at campgrounds because the driving the van would not recharge it. This extended the trip from 2 nights to 3 – very poor sleep every night.
- Arrived in Chicago where because of Canadian wildfires, air quality was 153, “unhealthy for all groups” unloaded van anyway, with masks 😌

- New apartment! 11pm – Hung two sets of heavy blackout drapes, each 10’ high and 10’ wide with a tension rod (arms stretched all the way up on a ladder just barely tall enough).

- First night, HVAC was pulling in smells of fabric softener, fragrance and fresh paint (voc’s galore) slept 3-4 hours
- Van is missing! It was towed, from my assigned parking spot 😵💫
- Second night – figured out how to solve for the scents but have a new problem – A/C stopped working. Slept 3-4 hours.
But — we are alive! And healthy!
And the reason I wrote all of the above is because, wow – I’m still feeling ok!
We took our supplements and peptides every day. I credit Selank for getting me through the stress and claustrophobia.
I credit Collacell for no joint pains
I credit KPV and LunGuard (lungs bioregulator) for no allergies or asthma – this alone is a mini miracle! Both of them I am only now maintenance dosing – 2 very small sprinkles per day.
And for energy – ThyroPep, 5 Amino 1 MQ (also NAD+ and vitamin B12)
I’ve also been taking GoTratix again (muscles bioregulator
These are all mentioned in https://diaryofrecovery.com/review if you want to know more.

Day 18 – 🧬 Let’s talk Pineal Gland Bioregulator Peptides! It’s been said that if you’re going to use just one bioregulator, it should be the pineal gland.
People refer to them as the master regulators & conductors of the endocrine orchestra. 🎼 We love them for all the reasons in these screenshots!
(Options are Pineal Pep, Endoluten and Epithalon — You only need ONE of them!)

*We take approx 1/8-1/4 cap a few hours before bed and another 1/8 at bedtime.
You could dose just once a day, always in the evening of course too.
See blog post in comments for more info on all 3 of them.
Remember, you only need to choose ONE!
📌 link to buy PinealPep: https://diaryofrecovery.com/buy
Endoluten is from Vitastream & comes in liquid or capsules – https://diaryofrecovery.com/buy
Note: you will need more product with endoluten because PinealPep Is Acetylated and Amidated and contains additional peptides. Possibly 1 cap per evening for equivalent dosing.
——
2nd Note: careful consideration is encouraged if giving pineal supplements (or melatonin) to kids who haven’t hit puberty.

Day 19 – DSIP – Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide for the deepest sleep!
I took DSIP every night for about a year and slept very well during that time.
It doesn’t help you fall asleep but rather sleep deeper and also feel more rested with a shorter amount of sleep.
I could sleep 6 hours and feel like I slept 8.
Because I ran out of spray and was leaving for the trip, I didn’t want to remix a new one and decided to skip it for a week
During this time, I was waking several times in the night. Even when I slept 8-9 hours I didn’t feel rested.
When I started it again, I used one spray (50mcg – my dose from before) and slept so soundly!
Immediately I realized I should not have stopped it!
I also was reading that the recommended dosage is 100-150 mcg
I decided to try 100mcg (2 sprays)
I gotta say – it worked even better. I slept so deeply! I barely remember anything from the night and was a bit disoriented upon waking.
You can decide how deeply you want to sleep as dose accordingly! But clearly this peptide is effective!!
It’s going to be my next video 😌
I wrote it about it here in my review: https://diaryofrecovery.com/review/#dsip
You can get it from Limitless or Biolab or Biolongebity here:
Day 20 – We have a new Short Guide to KPV – hope it’s helpful!
And just a heads up about Compounded KPV —because we’re getting more questions about doctors suggesting it. We can possibly guess at their motivations 😌
📌 Important to know – Compounded peptides are NOT Acetylated or Amidated and that is a significant issue in how well they will work.
Day 21 – We’ve been working hard on a few videos and today’s is finally posted!
🛌 Struggling with Sleep? The Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide has helped us sleep deeper, recharge faster and stay asleep!
In today’s video (and blog post) I share all about it!
- It costs about $40-50 so not as pricey as some. Dosing and Purchase info is in blog post (and video!)
————
🧬 We love this peptide!!
(Note: Dr Holthorf mentioned having success with DSIP reducing seizures)
———
The Blog Post and video plus all links to buy are here: https://diaryofrecovery.com/dsip
Day 22 – I put together specific information on how DSIP can help with seizures and autism.
That post is here. I hope it’s helpful 🌙

Day 23 – I have a note to myself taped to my supplement cabinet that reads “These don’t work without Sleep” It’s a reminder to myself that sleep is just as important (if not more) than all of the peptides and supplements we take.
To wrap up this sleep theme, I want to share with you our tried and true list of Best Sleep and relaxation videos.
It contains meditations, hypnotherapies, calming videos and more!
We hope they bring you more peaceful nights — and days too!
🌙 You can find it here: https://diaryofrecovery.com/dream
Also a must see post, imho, is this one: https://diaryofrecovery.com/calm ❤️
Day 24 – We have a new page for streamlined info about where to buy each peptide and also a reorganized brief list of key peptides.
There you will find two exciting (to me!) new bioregulators: Gastric Mucin and a Bile Complex.
I ordered both!
Visit it here, if interested!

Day 25 – Just some details about why you might want the two above bioregulator peptides 🙂
A BILE complex bioregulator peptide supports bile function, which could benefit your body by:
- Enhancing fat digestion: Breaks down dietary fats for better absorption.
- Improving nutrient uptake: Boosts absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
- Supporting liver health: Aids detoxification and waste elimination.
- Regulating gut microbiome: Controls harmful bacteria, reducing digestive issues.
- Reducing digestive discomfort: May alleviate bloating, gas, and greasy stools.
———-
A GASTRIC MUCIN bioregulator peptide (excellent for acid reflux) supports stomach lining health, potentially benefiting your body by:
- Protecting stomach lining: Shields against acid and pepsin damage.
- Reducing ulcer risk: Supports repair of gastric mucosa.
- Improving digestion: Enhances mucus barrier for better stomach function.
- Alleviating discomfort: May ease symptoms like heartburn or gastritis.
- Supporting gut health: Promotes a balanced stomach environment.
Day 26 – The NAD+ video is finally posted!!
Here’s a tip: NAD+ used with any peptide can enhance it’s effects because the peptide signals our cells and NAD+ feeds them.
📺Video & Blog: https://diaryofrecovery.com/mito
Day 27 – Skool group is back online
If you’re there, You can find and join the group on the SKOOL platform for free, the link is here:
https://www.skool.com/peptides-daily-9816/about?ref=790ad93a6be94167993fd229d9626003
Because they don’t notify me of members new posts, I will be only posting about new videos and blogs and don’t plan to be there too often, I’m sorry!
Day 28 – CIRS / Mold Healing Step-by-Step Protocol
We have an easy to follow summary of Dr. Holthorf’s much requested Mold Illnessss Protocol!

You can find the Peptide based Protocol and a summary of his video presentation and book (plus links to them) on this one – easy to navigate page!
I also included my thoughts and dosing suggestions for each peptide.
Day 29 – Our NEW Bioregulator Guide & video are here.

Day 30 – Bioregulator Peptides 1 pager!

Day 31 – Digital Mind Tool
It was suggested that I create a digital mind tool that would be able to help people with all of our peptide content, but also much more. Here’s The post from our Facebook group.

You can learn more and get it here: https://diaryofrecovery.com/dm
Day 32 – A new Video 📺
7 breakthrough Peptides for Autism, ADHD and more!
Please share this one with anyone you think it could benefit! It’s short and info-packed!!

Day 33
Today in Recovering kids group, we’re sharing health tips for parents (asking for comments from members) so check it out if you’re there!
If you’re not in that group, the contribution from me is this:
One for the parents!
Between us, we’ve raised 4 kids on the spectrum. 🩵 The challenges (worry, stress) definitely contributed to some of our own health issues 🥺
So as the kids – and ourselves – aged up, it became time to admit, we needed to focus more on our health too!
Using supplements to rejuvenate our organs, especially ones that were suffering most from decline (brain, hormone production, adrenals, thyroid…) has been a game changer for feeling like our younger selves again!
I have more energy and mental clarity now than before I became a mother 🥰
Here’s what we’ve been up to recently: https://diaryofrecovery.com/over40 (blog post)
Sending much love to all, we’ve got this! ❤️🙏🏼
Day 34
🫁🫀 I thought it might help if I wrote a quick list of some benefits we see from each of the Vita Peptides 🧬
Also to know – they’re all now in the smaller size too! (Including Adrenact) ••• see below for links
Here goes 🫶
- Adrenals – excellent during illness, stress, for emotional regulation, or in menopause (adrenals take over hormone production as ovaries step back)
- Bile – if you have watery stools or urgency, consider bile acid malabsorption as a cause & if so, this can help 🙏🏼 (gall bladder support)
- Bone Marrow – helps me with red blood cell production / anemia (with b12) 🩸
- Cartilage – great for my aging joints 🦴
- Collagen – skin elasticity & joints noticeable changes – a favorite bioregulator! 🌸 (promotes your own collagen production)
- Gastric Mucin – cured daughters 3 year battle w/ acid reflux 🏅(heals & prevents ulcers too)
- Heart – my heart feels stronger, I can exercise longer 🫀🛼
- Hypothalamus – hormone regulation & stress 🍃
- Kidney – helps with detox! (prevents uric acid buildup when I eat animal protein) 🥩🍗
- Lungs – My lifetime of allergic asthma is gone! (Also microdosing KPV) absolutely owe my quality of life to these two things! 🫁🏆
- Ovaries – excellent for peri & menopause! Noticeable changes. (See over 40 post) 💕
- Pituitary – stress buster! I love it & supporting HPA axis reduced my seasonal alleriges even w/o KPV (hypothalumus – pituitary – adrenal) 🧘🏼♀️
- Prostate – reduced nighttime waking for men 🚰
- Stomach – helps with digestion 🍔 (heals & prevents ulcers too)
- Testes – muscle mass boost for men 💪🏼
- Thymus – this or Thymogen for acute illness – Thymogen is better 😉
- Thyroid – ThyroPep is better 😉
- Learn more & buy here: https://diaryofrecovery.com/tinypeps
- Or just buy them – in the Vita Steam section here: https://diaryofrecovery.com/buy
Day 35

Q: “Can you do a short post on the difference between “safer” and “less safe” peptides— you mentioned it in passing in one of your videos (I think you referenced size also).
I’m assuming things like GLP-1 agonists are the latter, but curious about this and what makes the difference. Couldn’t find that info readily online. Thank you!”
Yes, I’m happy to! Thank you to Elizabeth for the great question 🥰
The answer is here: Https://diaryofrecovery.com/safety
Our Last Day #36!
🧰 Why use Peptides? Remodeling ourselves: Build the Future You!
- Our bodies are always rebuilding. Over multi-year cycles we can reshape how we feel and function.
- The signals we provide during that rebuild matter. If our internal environment is inflamed or depleted, new cells tend to copy that; if it’s calm, well signaled, and well nourished, they copy that instead.
- Peptides are clean instructions during each turnover wave. They cue repair, quiet excessive inflammation, and support healthier gene expression while new cells are being made.
- With steady use, peptide signaling compounds. As tissues cycle, repeated good signaling helps lock in better “set points,” so each generation of cells is a step up from the last.
- Time will pass either way. If you guide the remodel now, future‑you is built on stronger instructions than the version that drifted without support.
Thank you for being here and see you in the Facebook group if you’re there!
Note: our 9,000 member peptide Facebook group got caught in a technical glitch as of Feb 2026 😔
I updated the links to direct to our new group which I made in April 2026.
