Video Notes
1. Signaling Duration – Most Important when first beginning a peptide (first few weeks)
Instead of taking one full capsule at a time, it’s best to divide them and take throughout the day.

Note: stick to morning or evening dosing only for these select time-of-day specific peptides:
AM Only – ThyroPep, CogniPep, adrenal bioregulators
PM Only – PinealPep, endoluten, epithalon, DSIP
These charts to show the difference between taking a peptide every three hours versus taking it once a day:

Here, your cells will be signaled in the way that you want them to be for a significantly longer portion of day:

TIPS: If needed, you can put the powder from your capsules in something that you will be drinking or a lunch that you packed to take during the day – See video for examples.

You don’t need to have exact doses or timing
Even when taken 2-3 x a day, you’re going to get much better results than if you take them once a day!

After taking a peptide frequently for a few weeks, try taking less.
Eventually you can pause or even stop — see below for how with continued exposure, they are making epigentic changes that can last.

2. Acetylated and Amidated is Key
Always make sure you buy a ace Dahl and amended version of peptides, see the video for more on this!
